Currently, delivery services are available within Australia only, including major cities and remote areas.
International shipping is not supported at this time.
Please note that delivery times to remote areas may vary depending on logistics arrangements.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total order amount:
Orders AUD 89.99 and above qualify for free shipping
Orders below AUD 89.99 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 4.99
All applicable fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
Our service hours are 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+10, Australia Time).
Orders paid before 6:00 PM will be processed on the same day
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next business day
Processing times may be adjusted on public holidays
After payment confirmation and order verification, orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, including:

Inventory preparation
Packaging
Dispatch arrangements
This period does not include shipping transit time or public holidays.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 10–15 business days.
Actual delivery time may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, traffic, logistics routes, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

The final carrier is determined at the time of shipment to ensure efficiency and reliability.
After shipment, customers will receive a confirmation email containing:
Order number
Payment summary
Carrier information
Tracking instructions
Customers may track their orders via the “Order Tracking” page using their registered email, phone number, and order number.
If you find any damage, missing items, or abnormal packaging upon delivery, please take photos immediately and contact customer service. We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.
Orders may be modified or canceled before shipment
Once shipped, interception or modification is generally not possible due to logistics limitations
Any resulting impact after shipment shall be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.
Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information may result in additional costs, which shall be borne by the customer.

Orders signed without objection are generally deemed successfully delivered.
